Hello Everyone. Welcome to Krafty Shannanigans. The one-stop-shop for all your custom gifts, party decor, home decor, and more. I am proud to announce this new business and help make your great and creative vision become reality.
My name is Shannan Parmassar, I am a 28-year-old graphic designer. I love crafting and creating things that are unique and one-of-a-kind. I love being able to have my customers come to me with their ideas and being able to bring their ideas to life. Seeing the look on my client's faces when they see their final product all the satisfaction I need! That is why I came up with the idea to create my own craft shop. I wanted to bring the amazing customizable gifts and decor items I love and share them with others who will love and appreciate them as much as I do. Customized gifts are an amazing way to show your love and they are very thoughtful.
All of my products are one of a kind and personalized to each client. crafting started as just a small part-time hobby for me. I did small crafts for close friends and family, personalized gifts for all of my gifts that I gave. That was when I had decided to take a risk and make my business doing what I love to do and something I am passionate about.

FAQs
Do you provide delivery?
Yes, we do delivery. If it is local there will be no delivery fees. If we have to ship items out or deliver outside of the Peel region then we will discuss shipping or delivery fees during your order meeting.
How do I return an item?
If a return is needed please email me at Kraftyshannanigans@gmail.com and we can arrange either a return or replacement.
What is your return policy?
Because most items are customized to each client for returns they will need to be damaged in delivery/Shipping but if there is any damage done by the client it is not able to be returned.
How can I contact your couriers?
To contact our couriers please email kraftyshannanigans@gmail.com with your name and order # and we will get back to you on the status of your product and when it will be finished and ready for delivery or pick up.
What are your delivery options?
We have delivery, pick-up, and shipping options. For local orders, you can choose between pick-up, delivery, and delivery. For other orders shipping will be arranged before the order is made and completed.
